Hani is the Regional Manager of Sustainability at KEO. Hani is a Civil Engineer by background with over 12 years of experience in sustainable design and construction. In his career, Hani provided consultancy and advisory services to various developers and corporates on establishing their sustainability strategies as well as their internal procedures. One of his highlights is the development of KSA’s green building rating system (Mostadam) as well as advisory support in relation to its operations. Hani led the implementation of IKEA’s global People Planet Positive strategy in middle east and south Europe for IKEA’s Logistics centers ensuring optimization of operations and ensure supply chain is aligned with IKEA’s global sustainability and ESG targets. He has been involved in providing strategy consultancy to various developers in relation to sustainable cities and master planning. His experience includes development of sustainability guidelines, policies, as well as implementation of corporate sustainability strategies.
